This week we go through the start lists of T100 Singapore, Oceanside 70.3 and Challenge Roth and discuss the names that pop up a lot and the athletes that are missing.

Is this the first real time we are seeing the packed 2024 season causing scheduling issues for the pros? Why are T100 athletes still not racing T100 events? We also look at the changes to start lists for WTCS events and discuss if the T100 should have larger fields (they shouldn't)

We have finally seen the launch of the T100 series in Miami over the weekend where the athletes put on a show with some amazing performances.

But where the athletes let down by the event? This week we discuss all aspects of the T100 launch and the highs and lows from the Miami event. We discuss the positives like incredible performances by Magnus Ditlev, India Lee, Sam Long and Lucy Charles-Barclay. We then turn our attention to the obvious problems with the event and broadcast.

We also discuss changes to the Ironman rules and why they are problematic.
