This week we do a bit more research into what the PTO and Collins Cup are all about. We discuss Cam Wurf signing with Team Ineos and the changes to regulations around running shoes. 

We then present our 2020 endurance sports predictions. Who will win Kona, what upsets will we see in Tokyo, will there be a 'real' sub 2-hour marathon, will Lionel Sanders remember to drink water in Kona?
