Sam Long has won back to back races after announcing (rather dramatically) that he has stopped working with Dan Plews. We unpack this as well as all the action from Yokohama where we saw Hayden Wilde, Sophie Coldwell and Taylor Knibb shine. 

We also look forward to the Challenge Championship and the news that Jan Frodeno will be racing Alistair Brownlee and Max Neumann in Hamburg next month.
