We wanted to see a battle between Kristian Blummenfelt and Gustav Iden in Edmonton and in the end, both races turned out to be action packed events that came to a head on the run!

This week we look at all the action from Edmonton, preview the Mixed Team Relay at the Commonwealth Games and spend an alarming amount of time talking about the Brownlee brothers!
