After far too long we are back to talk all about the recent happenings in endurance sports with some potentially unpopular opinions about some of the worst performances we saw in Kona. We discuss the masterclass that is Jan Frodeno as well as the abrupt end to Super League for 2019.

We discuss the news that Lange has parted ways with his coach, Cam Wurf is aiming for Tokyo and the news that Sanders has a new (old) coach (even though we thought he already had one.)
